Integration with Microsoft Outlook
Legrand's Outlook Add-In creates additional menus in Outlook. To export an existing message from Outlook 2007 to Legrand CRM all you need to do is to right-mouse click to bring up a menu and select 'Export to Legrand CRM'
With one single click you can perform a command to send the message from Outlook 2007 and simultaneously export the email to the matching Contact record in Legrand CRM? In the tool ribbon in Outlook 2007 you find a menu category called 'Add-Ins'. Click on the 'Send and Export to legrand CRM' command button which will send your message from Outlook 2007 as usual and immediately export the sent message to its matching Contact record in Legrand CRM.
Import Customer Queries
Did you know that you can directly export customer queries from your web site into Legrand. With one click all the information a prospective customer has entered can be transferred into an opportunity.
Mail Merged Emails, Newsletters and Letters
Personalised Email and HTML Newsletters can be defined and sent directly from Legrand CRM. You can also define unlimited templates to make it easier to communicate with your customers and suppliers.
Tracking the time taken for Activities
The time taken to close an Activity such as a Service Request can be calculated automatically. This is a useful productivity metric that can be used to record performance or can be the basis of a billing system.
Synchronise Customers and Suppliers to Vision and ABM
Unlike Act! and other CRM systems, Legrand can seamlessly synchronise your Customer and Supplier information to your Sybiz Vision and Advanced Business Manager database. It will even display Customer sales history and current amounts due.
QuickSearch
You can activate advanced searching by Right-Clicking on any field. Options include records that don't contain a phrase of text. For example to find all companies not linked to your accounting system, click on the Accounting TAB, then right-click on the ID field and select is Empty.
Screen Labels
Every field name and TAB can be changed to suit your business. To access this function, click on Screen Labels from the System Administration from the Administration drop down menu. Note: to disable a screen field, simply enter a full stop in the field name.
