Sybiz Visipay Payroll and HRM (Human Resource Management)
Sybiz Visipay delivers Human Resources and Payroll functionality. It operates as a stand-alone module (in single user or multi-user option) or will work with Vision's General Ledger and Job Costing modules to provide seamless integration with an organisation's accounts.
Visipay has been specifically designed to suit small to medium businesses catering for 10 to 500 staff and is able to store extensive information on each employee covering both payroll and human resource requirements. Employee records can be customised to suit the needs of each particular business using built in customisation tools that allow up to 48 extra fields to be added, plus five notepads for storing and handling specialised information.

Human Resources
- Photographic records can be kept for ease of identification
- Full record of reviews, training courses attended; leave records etc can be stored on each employee
- Three superannuation funds per person can be automatically updated
- Payment Summaries (Group certificates) can be printed on standard forms, A4 sheets of plain paper or to a file for electronic transfer
- The electronic transfer of employee declarations is also available
Payroll
- Employees can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer to up to three bank accounts per person
- Visual cues in the Employee Explorer allows rapid checks to ensure that everyone has been paid
- Several styles of payslips are available
- A form editor allows the company to design its own payslips
- Payslips can be printed individually or as a batch at the end of pay processing. They can also be reprinted later in the event of an inquiry
- Payslips can be emailed to employees as attached Adobe Acrobat PDF files with password security
- Three types of security envelopes are available - two for Dot Matrix printers and one for Laser printers
Reports and Management
- Visipay offers a wide range of reports covering payroll, tax and human resource requirements
- All management reports are written in Crystal Report Writer allowing companies to modify or add to the reports using Crystal - an industry standard
- All information is stored in a standard Microsoft Database allowing seamless integration with Microsoft Office and other products
- Security switches are provided to bar access to confidential areas of payroll data
- Payroll data can be stored securely on a stand alone PC or in the secure area of a server and accessed by Visipay
