Non-contract rates for telephone support @ $119 per incident – if unresolved in 15 minutes, support to be charged at $57 per 15 minute interval or a site visit required.
Non Contract Rates for site bookings $227 per hour for the 1ST hour, then $191 per hour Plus travel time. Strictly COD. All rates above are exclusive of GST.
