If you are an infrequent user of support, you may consider using the Pay As You Go Support option.

Non-contract rates for telephone support charged @ $125 per incident – if unresolved in 15 minutes, additional support to be charged @ $60 per 15 minute interval or a site visit is required.

Non contract rates for site bookings $235 per hour for the 1ST hour, then $200 per hour plus travel time. Strictly COD.  All rates above are exclusive of GST.
