Prepaid Support
Support Pack hours are able to be used as follows:
- Telephone/Dial in Support & work performed at your request in office is deducted from your Support Pack in 6-minute (0.1hr) block intervals.
- The time to travel to your premises from our Lane Cove office is deducted from your support pack. A minimum of 0.5 hours travel time is charged for all on-site visits.
- Time spent on-site during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) is deducted at the standard rate of 1 hour for each hour worked.
- Time spent on-site outside of normal business hours during the week (before 8:30 am and after 5:00 pm) is deducted at the rate of 1.5 hours for each hour worked.
- Each weekend hour is deducted at the rate of 2.0 hours for each hour worked.
- Prepaid support pack hours purchased are not refundable.
- Any unused prepaid support pack hours will expire 18 months from the date of last use.
