1. Does Strata allows me to create, view and change customers and their details

Yes as long as the permissions setup in your ABM allow for View/Add/Edit Yes always No never

2. As long as your ABM permissions allow, can you add and edit a Sales Transaction such as a Quote, Order or Invoice

No, you can only do these in ABM Yes You can only view transaction and not create or change them

3. Does Strata allow me to view custom fields on Customer and Transactions

No Yes, as long as I have permission to view these fields Yes, provided you have added those fields to your view and search lists
